You need to know your budget before you start searching for your new home. Unless you are buying all cash, you may need PRE APPROVAL LETTER from your lender. You can contact your own bank or contact me for more information.
Need to decide desired location and move in date
Once you know your budget, you need to choose the area, and desired move in date. Then you can focus on the desired location, and start searching your new home a few months in advance.
Choose a realtor
You need to choose one agent, who can show you all available homes. The agent will work for your benefit, so you need to tell what you are looking for.
Making an offer
If you found a home you like, you will discuss with a realtor and make an offer. The offer may not go through at the first time, but this is a start to negotiate with Seller.
